GALAX has launched a special edition RTX 4090 GPU to commemorate their 20th anniversary, featuring a unique fan configuration, a cleverly concealed power connector, and an impressive size.
- Unique fan configuration with two fans on the front side and an additional fan on the opposite side
- Cleverly concealed power connector beneath an acrylic panel
- Impressive size measuring 34.4 cm in length and 6 cm in thickness
Galax, the graphics card manufacturer, has recently launched a special edition GPU to celebrate their 20th anniversary. This high-end RTX 40 graphics card is not your typical product, as it serves as a commemorative item for GALAX’s long-standing presence in the industry.
One notable feature of this graphics card is its unique fan configuration. It boasts three fans, with two positioned on the front side and an additional fan on the opposite side. This design choice takes inspiration from nVidia’s Founders Edition models, which also utilize dual fans placed on opposing sides.
Another interesting aspect of the GALAX RTX 4090 20th Anniversary Edition is the cleverly concealed power connector. It is hidden beneath an acrylic panel, ensuring easy access when needed. This discreet location houses the 16-pin power connector, a design approach reminiscent of the Colorful Ultra Z series.
While this graphics card may not be the absolute fastest in terms of GPU boost clock, operating at 2595 MHz, it compensates with its impressive size. Measuring a substantial 34.4 cm in length and 6 cm in thickness, it certainly makes a statement.
The GALAX RTX 4090 20th Anniversary Edition is set to launch on November 11th during the 11.11 Shopping Festival. Stay tuned for more updates on this special edition graphics card from GALAX.
