Cougar, a brand in PC components and gaming chairs, is set to showcase its latest innovations at Computex. This year, the company is focused on disruptive design, challenging market trends with its unique products. From gaming chairs that prioritize lumbar health to PC cases that apply thermodynamic principles to ventilation, COUGAR is pushing boundaries and subverting expectations.

Visitors to the exhibition, held from June 4-7 in Taipei, can find COUGAR at Booth L0602. The company welcomes everyone to come and check out their exciting new products. One of the highlights is the FV270, a PC case that prioritizes transparency and brilliance. With a polyhedral, tempered curved glass perimeter, this case offers an unobstructed view of the interior, allowing users to showcase their builds in all their glory. The innovative angled cooling fan placements and lifted front panel enhance airflow, ensuring optimal cooling. Cable management is seamless, with reverse routing hiding cable clutter behind the motherboard. The FV270 supports E-ATX motherboards and GPUs up to 420 mm, offering limitless custom build potential. Removable filters provide protection from dust, while an optional illuminated rotating platform adds a unique twist to the conventional panoramic case design.

Another standout product is the MX600 Mini RGB, a mini tower that integrates twin 160 mm fans for powerful cooling in a compact package. With support for up to 10 fans, this case delivers formidable cooling power. The sloped airflow ramp and square perforations on the front panel further enhance airflow, making it perfect for graphics-intensive gaming. Despite its compact size, the MX600 Mini RGB can accommodate high-performance builds with a GPU capacity of up to 380 mm. Compatibility with reverse connector motherboards eliminates cable clutter, and the integrated universal fan hub allows for seamless coordination of PWM fan speed and RGB lighting.

COUGAR also introduces the Airface Eco, a case designed with eco-efficiency in mind. The coned vents and dual 180 mm PWM fans work together to significantly lower the airflow temperature, reducing environmental impact. The Airface Eco incorporates features from the popular Duoface Pro, such as the quick-slide dust filter and removable top panel. Constructive feedback has led to upgrades, including new vertical GPU space for unobstructed cooling and increased cable routing. A modular front I/O allows for versatile placement options, ensuring easy access to ports and buttons regardless of the case’s orientation.

In the realm of gaming chairs, COUGAR presents the Speeder and Defensor models. The Speeder, inspired by racing aesthetics, offers ergonomic features to support a healthy posture during both work and play. With its sleek frame and tunable backrest height, lumbar support, and seat depth, this chair ensures comfort and agility. The 3D Hyperrotation armrests provide multiple positions, catering to various gaming setups.

The Defensor focuses on protecting your back and enabling longer gaming sessions. Its integrated PushBack advanced lumbar support system allows you to control the pressure applied to your lower back, maintaining the natural curve of your spine. The 4D folding armrests offer optimal ARM support and can be fully folded back for unrestricted movement. The chair prioritizes comfort with high-density molding foam and a magnetic memory foam neck pillow. It also includes a back pocket for additional storage and a Vortex aluminum base for stability. The Defensor is available in three upholstery choices: premium Hyper-Dura leatherette, woven fabric, and imitation linen.

For those in search of a stylish and functional desk, COUGAR presents one with a wood-textured desktop surface that exudes timeless elegance. Dual electric motors allow for easy height adjustment, while a drawer serves as an ergonomic armrest and storage unit. A pegboard module offers versatile storage and display options, and two side platforms are perfect for speaker placement.

Lastly, COUGAR introduces the Infinity Mirror Illuminated Modular Fan. With a quick-release connection system, these modular fans can be easily daisy-chained for hassle-free assembly. Enhanced Airflow Channels improve efficiency and reduce noise, while the infinity mirror design and LED trim create stunning lighting effects.

COUGAR’s new lineup at COMPUTEX showcases their commitment to innovative design and user-centric features. By prioritizing lumbar health, ventilation, and customizable options, COUGAR continues to push the boundaries of PC components and gaming chairs.

Background Information

About ARM:

ARM, originally known as Acorn RISC Machine, is a British semiconductor and software design company that specializes in creating energy-efficient microprocessors, system-on-chip (SoC) designs, and related technologies. Founded in 1990, ARM has become a important player in the global semiconductor industry and is widely recognized for its contributions to mobile computing, embedded systems, and Internet of Things (IoT) devices. ARM's microprocessor designs are based on the Reduced Instruction Set Computing (RISC) architecture, which prioritizes simplicity and efficiency in instruction execution. This approach has enabled ARM to produce highly efficient and power-saving processors that are used in a vast array of devices, ranging from smartphones and tablets to IoT devices, smart TVs, and more. The company does not manufacture its own chips but licenses its processor designs and intellectual property to a wide range of manufacturers, including Qualcomm, Apple, Samsung, and NVIDIA, who then integrate ARM's technology into their own SoCs. This licensing model has contributed to ARM's widespread adoption and influence across various industries.
