Creative Labs has launched its highly anticipated true wireless earbuds, the Creative Aurvana Ace and Creative Aurvana Ace 2. These earbuds feature solid-state, all-silicon MEMS-based drivers, providing exceptional audio clarity with a wider frequency response. With a range from 5 Hz to 40 KHz, users can enjoy an immersive and lifelike audio experience for music, movies, and conference calls.
The Creative Aurvana Ace series is powered by xMEMS drivers, which have been expertly tuned to deliver natural and lifelike sound. These drivers utilize an innovative design with tiny flaps mounted to silicon chips, replicating sound by swiftly responding to electrical signals. This technology generates sound waves that closely resemble how we naturally hear sounds in the world around us, resulting in pristine and lifelike audio.
The Creative Aurvana Ace series features a two-driver system that combines xMEMS technology with custom-tuned 10 mm dynamic drivers. This dual driver setup delivers a wide range of natural sounds with precision, from crisp highs to rich bass and dynamic treble. Whether you’re listening to music, watching a movie, or making a call, these earbuds provide a rich and distortion-free audio experience.
In addition to exceptional audio capabilities, the Creative Aurvana Ace and Creative Aurvana Ace 2 offer features that enhance the overall audio experience. With Hybrid Active Noise Cancellation and Ambient Mode, users can fully immerse themselves in their audio or stay aware of their surroundings. The earbuds also include six built-in microphones with Qualcomm cVc noise cancellation technology for crystal-clear calls even in noisy environments. With up to 24 hours of total playtime and IPX5 certification for sweatproofing, these earbuds are perfect for long commutes and active lifestyles.
Both models support a variety of audio codecs, including LE Audio with the LC3 Codec for superior wireless audio quality. They are compatible with various devices and offer high-quality audio streaming. The Creative Aurvana Ace features a sleek matte black finish with copper accents, while the Creative Aurvana Ace 2 boasts a modern smoked translucent design with a striking copper highlight.
While both models share key features, the Creative Aurvana Ace 2 stands out with Qualcomm Adaptive Active Noise Cancellation, which adapts and fine-tunes noise cancellation levels in real-time based on environmental conditions and earbud fit. This ensures a perfect balance between noise isolation and situational awareness, making them ideal for diverse listening environments. The Creative Aurvana Ace 2 also delivers lossless, hi-fidelity audio at 16-bit / 44.1 kHz with the latest Qualcomm aptX Lossless codec.
“xMEMS drivers represent an exciting leap forward in audio technology,” said Song Siow Hui, CEO at Creative. “They enable the Creative Aurvana Ace and Ace 2 to reproduce sound with stunning accuracy and fidelity. Users can expect a level of immersion and clarity that redefines their perception of premium audio.”
The Creative Aurvana Ace is priced at $129.99, while the Creative Aurvana Ace 2 is priced at $149.99. Both models are available for purchase on the Creative website.
