With the XH405i RGB, Corsair aims to simplify the process of custom cooling even further by offering a comprehensive package that includes advanced cooling components and integrated RGB lighting.

The XH405i kit comes in two color options – stealth gray or white – and includes everything needed to set up an impressive iCUE LINK-enabled CPU custom cooling system. This includes a high-efficiency CPU water block, a top-tier D5 pump/reservoir combo unit, three stunning QX120 RGB fans, a 360 mm performance radiator, and more. What sets this kit apart is its utilization of Corsair’s iCUE LINK ecosystem, which greatly reduces the complexity of component connections and makes custom cooling accessible to enthusiasts of all levels.

The XC7 RGB ELITE CPU Water Block, featured in the XH405i kit, offers exceptional cooling performance with its premium copper cold plate and hexa-flow cooling engine. It is compatible with a wide range of Intel and AMD processors, supporting LGA 1700 and AM5/AM4 sockets. The XD5 RGB ELITE Pump/Reservoir Combo, powered by the popular D5 PWM pump, features a 440ml integrated nylon reservoir. Both units come equipped with innovative in-loop temperature sensors that enable precise control over cooling performance through the intelligent iCUE LINK connection. Additionally, the iCUE LINK ELITE components now feature individual microcontrollers that manage and report performance and temperatures to the included System hub and iCUE software.

To ensure optimal heat dissipation, the XH405i kit includes three QX120 RGB fans and an XR5 360 mm radiator. The cooling setup also boasts 148 individually addressable RGB LEDs, allowing for endless customization options through the Corsair iCUE software. The kit is completed with transparent XT Hardline Tubing, which can be easily shaped and cut to fit individual needs using the included XT Hardline Bending Toolkit. A liter of pre-mixed clear XL8 Performance Coolant is included to effectively carry heat away from the CPU. The XH405i also provides all the necessary XF Hardline Fittings and Adapters, with extra fittings included for those interested in expanding their cooling to GPU blocks.

For those looking to cool their GPUs, Corsair is launching updated models of the iCUE LINK XG7 RGB GPU Water Blocks alongside the XH405i. These new models are compatible with Geforce RTX 4080 and 4080 SUPER MSI SUPRIM/GAMING TRIO and ASUS ROG STRIX/TUF Gaming cards, joining the already popular 4090 SUPRIM/GAMING TRIO water block. These iCUE LINK-ready blocks offer comprehensive cooling for the GPU, memory, and VRM, enhancing graphical performance while minimizing noise from stock fans.

If you’ve been considering building a custom cooling loop, the XH405i kit with its integration of award-winning iCUE LINK technology presents an excellent opportunity to achieve unmatched performance and stunning aesthetics that only custom cooling can deliver.

The Corsair Hydro X Series iCUE LINK XH405i Custom Cooling Kit and Hydro X Series iCUE LINK XG7 RGB 40-SERIES GPU Water Blocks are now available for purchase through the Corsair webstore and authorized retailers and distributors worldwide. The Hydro X Series custom cooling components are backed by a three-year warranty, along with Corsair’s extensive customer service and technical support network. Other products included in the XH405i kit, such as fans, coolant, tubing, and fittings, are covered by a two-year warranty.
