Starfield, the highly anticipated game from Bethesda, has finally introduced AMD’s FidelityFX Super Resolution 3 (FSR3) technology. Although AMD was a PC launch partner for the game and FSR3 was announced over a year ago, it was not initially available, much to the disappointment of gamers. Instead, the game received support for DLSS3 with Frame Generation in November last year, leaving FSR3 out of the picture.

However, the wait is now over as FSR3 can be enabled in Starfield’s beta build on Steam. It is expected to be available for all players later this month. AMD and Bethesda recommend disabling Vertical Sync and using a monitor with Variable refresh rate support for the best experience with FSR3.
