ASML Holding NV, a leading semiconductor technology company, has announced the appointment of Christophe Fouquet as its next President and Chief Executive Officer. Fouquet, currently ASML’s Chief Business Officer and member of the Board of Management, brings a wealth of experience and deep understanding of ASML’s technology and the semiconductor industry ecosystem. The appointment is subject to notification of the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders on April 24, 2024.

Upon completion of their current appointment terms, ASML’s Co-Presidents Peter Wennink and Martin van den Brink will retire from the company.
