Hey there, adventurers! The moment we’ve all been waiting for has finally arrived: Die in the Dungeon is now available in Early Access! So, grab your dice, rally your friends, and dive into a world filled with mystery and excitement. But wait, there’s more! We’ve cooked up a special Supporter Pack just for you, featuring the game’s soundtrack, a unique Cinder armor skin, and an utterly adorable Baby Fly companion. Seriously, who can resist that? Your support means the world to us, and we’d be incredibly grateful if you decide to snag this pack!
Bundles Galore!
And if that wasn’t enough, we’ve also put together a series of bundles with some sweet discounts. Your feedback has been the driving force behind many of the improvements we’ve made, and it will continue to shape the game as we move forward. Want to chat? Join us on Discord or drop your thoughts in the Steam forums. We can’t wait to hear from you!
What’s the Game About?
So, what’s the deal with Die in the Dungeon? Picture this: you’re navigating a mysterious dungeon in a deck-building, turn-based rogue-like game. But here’s the twist—you don’t use cards; you use dice! That’s right! You’ll be dealing with enemies by combining powerful dice on your board. Plus, you can boost their effects with magical relics and take risks, hoping for that perfect roll during unexpected encounters. It’s a gamble, but isn’t that what makes it thrilling?
Mini Update: Version 4.1.5 (108.3)
Now, let’s talk updates! We just rolled out Version 4.1.5 (108.3), which includes multiple bug fixes—goodbye crashes and soft locks! Plus, some achievements can now be properly unlocked. We’re all about improving your experience, so we’re focusing on enhancing loading times and optimizing the game overall.
We’ve noticed a few hiccups, like incorrect resolutions on boot-up and some players getting stuck after starting a new run. We’re on it! We also aim to improve the UI, making it easier to access information about your dice in the backpack menu and ensuring tooltips are always available when properties are mentioned.
Looking Ahead
But wait, there’s even more on the horizon! We’re excited to resume work on Controller Support next week, along with better Steam Deck">Steam Deck compatibility. We’ll likely be opening a beta branch for early controller testing, so keep your eyes peeled for instructions on how to join.
Thank you for playing, and stay tuned for more updates coming your way soon! Enjoy your adventures in Die in the Dungeon!
