Popular German PC component retailer Mindfactory is currently offering heavily discounted prices on Radeon RX 7800 XT and 7900 XT graphics cards, with the PowerColor RX 7800 XT Hellhound priced at €499 and the RX 7900 XT at €769, potentially indicating a market shift and prompting other retailers to lower their prices.
- The Radeon RX 7800 XT and 7900 XT are now available at significantly reduced prices in Germany, making them more accessible to consumers.
- The PowerColor RX 7800 XT Hellhound is currently priced at just €499, which is over €50 below the manufacturer's suggested retail price (MSRP).
- The price of the Radeon RX 7900 XT has also seen a significant drop, from €1049 to €769, making it more affordable for consumers.
Radeon RX 7800 XT and 7900 XT Graphics Cards are now available at significantly reduced prices in Germany, thanks to a promotion by popular PC component retailer Mindfactory. The retailer’s “Mindstar” page features heavily discounted products, although it’s important to note that there are restrictions on sales outside of Germany. Customers from other European countries may need to use shipping proxy services to take advantage of these deals, but this can complicate warranty claims.
The PowerColor RX 7800 XT Hellhound is currently priced at just €499, which is over €50 below the manufacturer’s suggested retail price (MSRP). While this isn’t the first time this particular Radeon model has been discounted, it is the first time it has reached the €500 mark. According to price aggregation service Geizhals, this is also the lowest price ever recorded for this model, which typically sells for around €570. It’s worth noting that other models can also be found for €530, so there are multiple options available below MSRP.
In addition to the RX 7800 XT, the price of the Radeon RX 7900 XT has also seen a significant drop. Originally priced at €1049 when it debuted in Germany in December 2022, it has now been reduced to €769 as of late January. This marks the first time this particular SKU is available for less than €700.
While it’s difficult to directly compare Mindfactory’s offers to those of other retailers, these price reductions could indicate a shift in the market and potentially serve as an incentive for other retailers to lower their prices as well. It’s unlikely that Mindfactory would have undertaken such a promotion with 500 graphics cards on their own, so it appears that PowerColor may have adjusted their margins, leading to this initiative.
