These products, powered by MediaTek Filogic Wi-Fi CERTIFIED 7 chipsets, will be showcased at CES 2024, highlighting the company’s commitment to providing fast and reliable connectivity for consumers and professionals.

He expressed his excitement about having MediaTek included in the Wi-Fi CERTIFIED 7 interoperability test bed, which will enhance user experiences in home and office environments.

The showcase of Wi-Fi 7 certified products demonstrates MediaTek’s investment in the Filogic Wi-Fi 7 chipset family, catering to both flagship and mainstream markets. This comprehensive approach enriches the end-product ecosystem and reduces time-to-market, expanding the influence of MediaTek Filogic’s technologies in consumer, broadband, enterprise, and automotive sectors.

MediaTek has collaborated closely with the Wi-Fi Alliance in developing the Filogic 880, 860, 380, and 360 chipsets that embody the essence of Wi-Fi 7. This collaboration has enabled manufacturer partners like ASUS, Buffalo, Hisense Visional Technology, Lenovo, Lumen, TCL, TP-Link, and more to offer Wi-Fi 7-enabled devices across various product categories. Thanks to MediaTek’s exceptional technology and robust support system, they are launching a new product that utilizes Wi-Fi CERTIFIED 7 connectivity to provide high value to their customers.

Maxine Moreau, President of Mass Markets at Lumen, praised MediaTek for enabling them to be the first provider to offer Quantum Fiber customers an internally developed Wi-Fi 7 device. She emphasized that consumers demand fast and reliable Wi-Fi connectivity, and MediaTek’s Wi-Fi 7 devices will deliver superior quality and drive Wi-Fi innovation to new heights.

Chen Zhanyuan, Deputy General Manager of Pan-smart Screen BU at TCL Electronics, highlighted the commitment of TCL TV to delivering the best user experience with technologies. Integration of MediaTek’s Wi-Fi 7 Technology in their TVs will provide higher throughput, lower Latency, and more stable performance, ensuring optimal streaming quality for users.

Pingji Li, VP of TP-Link, acknowledged MediaTek’s investment in Wi-Fi 7 development and its positive impact on product interoperability and stability.
