Last Epoch, the highly anticipated Action RPG from Eleventh Hour Games, is set to launch its 1.0 version on February 21st, 2024. This milestone marks the culmination of a journey that began with a dream to create a genre-defining ARPG and has since evolved into a collaborative effort with a dedicated community.
Combining elements of time travel, dungeon crawling, character customization, and replayability, Last Epoch offers a unique experience for both veterans and newcomers to the genre. Players will traverse the world of Eterra’s past, confronting dark empires, vengeful gods, and uncharted wilderness in a bid to save time itself from The Void.
The 1.0 launch of Last Epoch promises to set a new standard for quality, polish, gameplay feel, and visual excellence. Eleventh Hour Games has also announced their commitment to providing regular content updates, referred to as “Cycles,” which will introduce new features, refine existing mechanics, and enhance the end-game experience.
In anticipation of the 1.0 launch, Eleventh Hour Games has launched the launch trailer, titled “Echoes from the Void.” This enigmatic trailer serves as a response to Eterra’s Official CGI Trailer and offers a glimpse into the immersive world of Last Epoch.
While the release date was originally planned for December, Eleventh Hour Games made the decision to postpone in order to avoid competing with other studio releases and to allow for additional polishing and bug-fixing. This delay will ensure that players receive the best possible experience when diving into the world of Eterra.
To celebrate the upcoming launch, Last Epoch is offering Deluxe and Ultimate editions for purchase, each packed with exclusive cosmetics and offering exceptional value. Additionally, anyone who purchases or has already purchased any edition of Last Epoch before the 1.0 launch will receive the exclusive “Golden Guppy” Baby Chronowyrm cosmetic pet.
Judd Cobler, the Game Director of Last Epoch, expresses his gratitude for the unwavering support and enthusiasm from the community. He invites players to join in the co-op hack-and-slash experience and explore the depths of Eterra this February.
Last Epoch is a labor of love developed by a team of passionate Action RPG enthusiasts. With its immersive gameplay, extensive skill trees, and thrilling loot-hunting mechanics, Last Epoch promises to deliver an unforgettable gaming experience. Uncover the past, reforge the future, and embark on an epic adventure in Last Epoch.
