ASUS has released the ROG Strix GeForce RTX 4090 OC EVA-02 Edition graphics card, the ROG Maximus Z790 motherboard, and the ROG Hyperion gaming case as part of its ROG Evangelion 2 collection, inspired by the popular anime series Neon Genesis Evangelion and offering a range of PC components and peripherals with intricate details and customizable lighting effects.

ASUS has launched its latest addition to the ROG Evangelion 2 collection in China – the ROG Strix Geforce RTX 4090 OC EVA-02 Edition graphics card. Inspired by the popular anime series Neon Genesis Evangelion, this special edition graphics card features the nVidia Ada Lovelace architecture with AD102 GPU and offers 24GB of GDDR6X memory. The card stands out with its custom shroud and backplate adorned with intricate details, as well as an ARGB panel that replicates the synchronization effect from the anime.

The ROG Strix GeForce RTX 4090 OC EVA-02 Edition graphics card is now available for pre-order in China at a price of 17,999 RMB (approximately $2,480 USD). Shipping is expected to commence on September 5th.

To complement this graphics card, ASUS has also introduced the Evangelion ROG Maximus Z790 motherboard. This motherboard supports Intel’s 12th Gen, 13th Gen, and potentially upcoming 14th Gen Core processors. With a striking red PCB and heatsinks, an EVA-02 badge, and an ARGB strip, this motherboard perfectly aligns with the aesthetic of the Evangelion-inspired collection.

Furthermore, the ROG Evangelion 2 series includes the ROG Hyperion gaming case. This case boasts impressive features such as support for a 420mm dual radiator, four 140mm fans, a metal GPU holder, component storage, an ARGB fan hub, and 60W fast charging. Its sleek design showcases a tempered glass side panel and importantly displays the EVA-02 logo on the front. Additionally, the case supports Aura Sync for customizable lighting effects.
