HYTE, renowned for its innovative PC components and peripherals, has officially announced the next generation of its popular Y70 Touch case: the Y70 Touch Infinite. This release is accompanied by the highly anticipated Y70 Touch Infinite Display Upgrade, both of which stand as testaments to HYTE’s commitment to innovation and user satisfaction.

A Leap Forward: The Y70 Touch Infinite

After the unexpected discontinuation of the Y70 Touch in February 2024, HYTE dedicated itself to developing an advanced, infinitely touchscreen-capable successor. The result is the Y70 Touch Infinite, featuring a significantly larger 14.5” integrated touchscreen. This display boasts a remarkable resolution of 688 x 2560 pixels and a pixel density of 183 PPI, ensuring compatibility and efficient resource usage.

One of the standout improvements in the Y70 Touch Infinite is its 33% closer dot pitch, delivering a much sharper image. Additionally, users will benefit from a 17% brighter LCD panel and a 25% higher contrast ratio, making for more vivid and lifelike visuals. The display’s 60Hz Refresh Rate combined with a 50% faster pixel Response Time ensures a smoother and more fluid viewing experience compared to its predecessor.

The Y70 Touch Infinite Display Upgrade: Fulfillment of a Promise

To honor its commitment to existing users, HYTE has introduced the Y70 Touch Infinite Display Upgrade. This upgrade seamlessly integrates into the corner panel of the original Y70 case, effectively transforming it into the new Y70 Touch Infinite. Designed for ease of use, the display upgrade is ready to slot in right out of the box and connects via USB 2.0 header, SATA Power, and DisplayPort cables.
