According to James Lin, General Manager of Notebooks at Acer, the new Swift laptops offer impressive updates that enable customers to do more and do it better. The collaboration between Acer and Intel has resulted in AI-powered PCs that deliver improved collaboration, productivity, and creativity, as stated by Jim Johnson, Senior Vice President and General Manager of the Client Business Group at Intel.
The new Swift Go laptops, verified as Intel Evo platform devices, come in 16-inch (SFG16-72) and 14-inch (SFG14-73) models. They are equipped with Intel Core Ultra processors and Intel Arc built-in GPUs, providing both premium performance and long battery life. The 14-inch version offers up to 12.5 hours of battery life, while the 16-inch version can last up to 10.5 hours on a single charge.
These laptops also come with AI-supported features to enhance user experiences and creativity. One-click access to Copilot in Windows allows users to optimize their time spent working, creating, and playing on the device. Additionally, the laptops feature a 1440p QHD webcam with TNR (Temporal Noise Reduction) for higher-quality video, along with Acer PurifiedView’s AI-boosted conferencing features such as Background Blur, Automatic Framing, and Eye Contact. The laptops also incorporate Acer PurifiedVoice 2.0 technology with AI noise reduction for clear audio during video calls.
To ensure a fast and reliable internet connection, the Swift Go laptops are equipped with Intel Wi-Fi 7, which offers speeds up to 2.4 times faster than Wi-Fi 6E. In terms of memory and storage, the Swift Go laptops support up to 32 GB LPDDR5X memory and offer upgradable PCIe Gen 4 SSDs with dual slots, allowing for ample storage space.
