Hey there, adventurers! The moment we’ve all been waiting for has finally arrived. SWORN is now available in Early Access, and it’s time to rally your friends and embark on an epic quest to topple a corrupted King Arthur! We can’t thank our incredible community enough for being part of this journey. Your feedback has shaped SWORN into a game we’re genuinely proud to share with you. So, grab your swords and shields; it’s time to dive in!
What is SWORN?
So, what exactly is SWORN? Picture this: a 1-4 player action roguelike that invites you and your pals to reclaim a fallen Camelot, all while experiencing a dark twist on the classic Arthurian legends. It’s a co-op roguelike that combines fast-paced dungeon crawling with the thrill of teamwork. You’ll need to strategize and collaborate with iconic characters from Camelot to earn your place as a knight worthy of facing Arthur himself.
You can take on this challenge solo or team up with up to four friends. Choose from four unique characters—Vigilante, Rook, Spectre, and Monk—and mix and match their strengths to create some truly unexpected combinations. The possibilities are endless, and mastering your abilities is key to standing your ground against Arthur and his Knights of the Round Table.
Become Soulforged
Curious about how to enhance your gameplay? With SWORN, you can combine blessings with a variety of character, weapon, and ability choices. This means you can experiment with thousands of unique builds as you evolve into a seasoned knight. And let’s not forget about the Beacon of Avalore—this feature will help transform your squire into a formidable champion over time. But if you’re feeling bold and think you’re ready to face Arthur right away, get prepared for a challenge that will truly test your skills!
What’s Next in Early Access?
Now, let’s talk about what’s coming up in Early Access. We’re gearing up for a thrilling ride, with plans to fully launch SWORN by the summer of 2025. We’re aiming for four major updates before the final release, each designed to expand and refine your overall experience. Our development roadmap is packed with exciting enhancements, including increased run variety, new weapons and abilities, and plenty of co-op magic moments.
We’re also committed to continuous improvement, focusing on balancing and polishing the game throughout Early Access.
