That’s right—if you think you’ve got what it takes, the top nine competitors from the Online Qualifier will earn a coveted spot in the Live Qualifier at Computex in Taipei, happening from May 20 to May 23, 2025. The Competition Breakdown
The OC World Cup is no walk in the park; it’s a true test of skill and endurance, spanning three intense stages. It all starts with the Online Qualifier, where the best of the best will face off in a series of five grueling overclock challenges. Think you can handle it? The challenges will be based on the Intel Z790/Z890 chipset platforms and will include Memory Frequency DDR5, 7-ZIP, PYPrime 32B, SuperPi 32M, and Y-Cruncher 2.5B.
Once the dust settles on the Online Qualifier, the top nine overclockers will be invited to showcase their skills live at the G.SKILL booth in the Nangang Exhibition Hall during Computex 2025. The excitement doesn’t stop there; the top three from the Live Qualifier will then compete for the title of OC Champion in the Grand Final on May 23, 2025.
