CORSAIR introduces the iCUE LINK RX MAX series fans, featuring increased thickness for superior airflow and static pressure, as well as CORSAIR AirGuide Technology, Magnetic Dome bearing, and customizable fan curves through iCUE software.
- 30mm thickness for superior airflow and static pressure
- CORSAIR AirGuide Technology for enhanced cooling efficiency
- Built-in temperature sensors for customizable fan curves
Corsair (NASDAQ: CRSR) is thrilled to introduce the iCUE LINK RX MAX series fans, a new addition to their lineup. These fans are 30mm thick, which is 20% thicker than the standard 25mm fans. This increased thickness allows for superior airflow and Static Pressure, resulting in more efficient cooling performance.
The RX120 MAX PWM fans have a speed range of 400 to 2,000 RPM and an impressive 4.2mm-H2O static pressure. These fans are perfect for pushing air through dense radiators. Similarly, the RX140 MAX fans operate between 300 and 1,600 RPM with a static pressure of 2.4mm-H2O, providing powerful cooling for various high-performance components.
One of the standout features of the iCUE LINK RX MAX series fans is the CORSAIR AirGuide Technology, which directs airflow precisely where it is needed most, enhancing cooling efficiency. The fans also utilize a Magnetic Dome bearing for long-lasting performance and quiet operation. This combination of durability and reduced noise levels ensures an optimal balance.
For users who prefer non-RGB fans, the iCUE LINK RX MAX series offers built-in temperature sensors. These sensors allow users to fine-tune fan curves through the iCUE software, enabling them to customize their cooling profiles for peak performance.
The iCUE LINK RX MAX fan series is available in both 120mm and 140mm sizes, catering to a wide range of cooling needs. Users can choose between models with RGB lighting or a sleek non-RGB design. The RGB models are available in black and white, allowing users to match their PC builds aesthetically. The non-RGB versions are exclusively available in black.
The RGB-enabled fans in the iCUE LINK RX MAX series feature eight RGB LEDs that deliver vibrant lighting effects. Additionally, a built-in side window enhances the visual appeal, providing more angles for viewing custom lighting setups. The iCUE LINK technology enables the seamless connection of multiple fans, all managed through the Starter Kit’s included iCUE LINK System Hub. This single-cable solution simplifies the installation process and ensures tidy cable management.
The CORSAIR iCUE LINK RX MAX fans can be purchased individually or as part of a Starter Kit, which includes 3x 120mm fans (or 2x 140mm) and an iCUE LINK Hub. Experience the next generation of cooling technology with the new iCUE LINK RX MAX series fans and elevate your PC’s performance to new heights.
The CORSAIR iCUE LINK RX MAX Series Fans are available now from the CORSAIR webstore and authorized retailers and distributors worldwide. These fans come with a five-year warranty, backed by CORSAIR’s extensive customer service and technical support network.

Technology Explained
PWM: Pulse Width Modulation (PWM) is a type of technology used in the computer industry that allows for control over pulse and frequency. It works by modulating an output signal’s pulse width or duty cycle to vary the on and off times of the signal. This technology can be used to control and regulate different DC motor, lighting, and other devices. In the computer industry, PWM is often used to control the speed of CPU and GPU fan speeds for improved cooling. It is also used to control backlighting levels on devices such as keyboards or monitors. PWM is versatile, cost-effective, and efficient; as such, it is an important technology in the computer industry.

Static Pressure: Static Pressure is a technology used in the computer industry to measure the amount of pressure that is applied to a given area. It is used to measure the pressure of air or liquid that is applied to a surface. This technology is used in the computer industry to measure the pressure of air that is used to cool the components of a computer. It is also used to measure the pressure of liquid that is used to cool the components of a computer. Static Pressure is used to ensure that the components of a computer are not damaged due to excessive pressure. This technology is also used to measure the pressure of air that is used to power the fans of a computer. This helps to ensure that the fans are running at the correct speed and are not causing any damage to the components of the computer.
