The EK-Quantum Momentum² ROG Maximus Z790 Extreme D-RGB – Plexi features the award-winning EK-Quantum Velocity² cooling engine, which provides direct cooling to essential motherboard components like the primary M.2 drive. It also includes temperature sensors, a liquid flow meter, direct integration with the ROG water-cooling zone, and an ILM Replacement Kit.

Constructed with a massive aluminum heatsink and a high-performance monoblock, this monoblock offers exceptional cooling performance for a range of CPUs, including Intel Core processors. The heatsink is CNC-machined from a solid aluminum block and connects to the monoblock via thermal pads. The monoblock itself is made of nickel-plated electrolytic copper and high-quality cast acrylic material.

The monoblock seamlessly integrates with the motherboard through a pogo-pin connection, eliminating the need for additional cables and reducing clutter.
