G.SKILL's 8th Annual OC World Cup 2024 competition saw CENS from Germany emerge as the champion after a grueling day of overclocking, showcasing the incredible potential of G.SKILL DDR5 memory modules and the talent of the finalists.

G.SKILL International Enterprise Co., Ltd., the brand in the world of high-performance overclock memory and PC components, has just wrapped up its 8th Annual OC World Cup 2024 overclocking competition. And boy, was it a nail-biter!
After a grueling day of pushing the limits of their machines with liquid nitrogen cooling, CENS from Germany emerged as the OC Champion, walking away with a cool $10,000 USD in prize money. Talk about a payday!
The competition kicked off with the Live Qualifier Stage, where participants had to endure three days of intense overclocking. Only the best of the best made it to the Grand Final Stage, which took place on June 7. This final round consisted of a maximum memory frequency challenge and three benchmarks, with the CPU speed fixed at a maximum of 7 GHz.
Throughout the Grand Final Stage, the contestants showcased their skills using high-speed DDR5 memory with incredibly low Latency. They pushed the boundaries, achieving benchmark scores that reached an impressive DDR5-9000+ CL28. This just goes to show the incredible overclocking potential of G.SKILL DDR5 memory modules and the sheer talent of the OC World Cup finalists.
But let’s not forget our champion, CENS. They truly deserved this title, displaying exceptional overclocking and time management skills under immense pressure. And all of this was done live, in front of a global audience. Talk about nerves of steel!
