Microsoft and global OEMs have collaborated to unveil a new category of PCs powered by Snapdragon X Elite and X Plus processors, revolutionizing the personal computing experience with leading AI technology and performance efficiency.

In a collaboration, Microsoft and global OEMs have launched a new category of PCs that bring Copilot+ experiences to life. Powered by the Snapdragon X Elite and Snapdragon X Plus processors, these devices are set to revolutionize how users interact with their PCs. With leading AI technology and performance efficiency, Qualcomm Technologies and Microsoft are taking intelligent computing to the next level.

Qualcomm Technologies is making a significant impact on the Windows PC ecosystem with its NPU powered by Snapdragon X Elite. This powerful processor delivers the highest NPU performance per watt for Laptops, outperforming competitors with up to 2.6 times the performance of M3 and up to 5.4 times the performance of Core Ultra 7. With the integrated Qualcomm Hexagon NPU architecture and Qualcomm Oryon CPU, Snapdragon X Elite leads in performance per watt, providing industry-leading power efficiency.

Leading OEMs have also joined forces with Qualcomm Technologies and Microsoft to launch a range of Copilot+ PCs powered by Snapdragon X Elite and X Plus:

Acer introduces the Swift 14 AI, offering new AI experiences to support everyday computing tasks. With the powerful Snapdragon X Series platforms, Copilot+ capabilities in Windows 11, and Acer’s PurifiedView 2.0 and PurifiedVoice 2.0 solutions, the Swift 14 AI enhances productivity and creativity. It features a 2.5K touchscreen display for immersive visuals and a unique AI logo on the cover, showcasing its Copilot+ PC-exclusive design.

ASUS incorporates Snapdragon X Elite and X Plus into the ASUS Vivobook S 15, marking a paradigm shift in personal computing. With integrated 45 NPU TOPS and ASUS IceCool Thermal technology, users can enjoy lightning-fast on-device AI processing and unprecedented AI power and efficiency. The Vivobook S 15 offers over 18 hours of uninterrupted productivity, a 15.6-inch 3K 120 Hz OLED display, and a slim form factor with a full set of I/O ports.

Dell now offers five new laptops powered by Snapdragon X Elite and X Plus, including XPS 13, Inspiron 14 Plus, Inspiron 14, Latitude 7455, and Latitude 5455. These devices deliver exceptional speed, AI performance, and battery life to elevate computing and simplify tasks. They also feature NGAI, enabling transformative AI PC experiences.

HP’s next-gen AI PCs, the OmniBook X AI PC and EliteBook Ultra AI PC, are designed around the Snapdragon X Elite processor and its dedicated Neural Processing Unit (NPU). With up to 26 hours of battery life, rapid charging, and AI optimization on device, these sleek and ultra-thin devices offer powerful AI PC technologies. The EliteBook Ultra also includes additional features for commercial customers, such as Wolf Pro Security Next Gen Antivirus (NGAV) and Microsoft Secured-Core PC designation.

Lenovo introduces the Yoga Slim 7x and ThinkPad T14s Gen 6, its first AI PCs powered by Snapdragon X Elite. These laptops offer top PC performance per watt and fast NPU-based AI processing up to 45 trillion operations per second (TOPS). With Windows 11 and Copilot+ enhancements, users can access LLM capabilities offline, enhancing creativity, productivity, and security.

Microsoft has also launched its new Surface Laptop, the fastest and most intelligent Surface Laptop ever. With 45 TOPS NPU computing power, this device offers enhanced creativity and productivity.
