Mnemonic Electronic Co., Ltd., the Taiwan subsidiary of Longsys, is gearing up to showcase its latest high-capacity SSD products at the upcoming Computex 2024 exhibition. With the theme “Embracing the Era of High-capacity SSDs,” Mnemonic aims to provide solutions for global users in need of high-capacity storage.
The highlight of Mnemonic’s lineup is the ORCA 4836 series enterprise NVMe SSDs and the UNCIA 3836 series enterprise SATA SSDs. These products feature the latest 128-layer TLC NAND flash memory, delivering impressive performance, low Latency, adjustable power consumption, and high reliability. Designed for enterprise-grade users such as servers, cloud computing, and edge computing, these SSDs offer a maximum capacity of up to 7.68 TB.
In addition to SSDs, Mnemonic will also showcase high-stability enterprise-grade memory products, including 96 GB DDR5 RDIMM and 192 GB CXL 2.0 memory expansion modules. These memory solutions support memory pooling and sharing to meet the increasing demands of data processing in various industries.
Addressing industry-specific applications, Mnemonic is introducing high-performance industry-grade memory products suitable for AI PCs and HPC. These include 4 TB/8 TB PCIe Gen 4*4 M.2 2280 SSDs, 4 TB XP2300 PCIe Gen 4 SSDs, and 2 TB XP2200 PCIe Gen 4 BGA SSDs. These memory options provide PC and laptop customers with a wider range of high-performance choices.
Other products featured at the exhibition include the Mnemonic MS90 8 TB SATA SSD, FORESEE 512 GB QLC eMMC, LPCAMM2, and CXL 2.0 AIC memory expansion modules. The MS90 8 TB SATA SSD offers impressive speeds of up to 6 Gb/s (Gen 3) via the SATA interface, making it suitable for applications such as near-line HDD replacement, monitoring, and high-speed rail systems. The 512 GB QLC eMMC, on the other hand, is designed for mainstream consumer smart devices like smartphones, thanks to its higher density and Longsys’s in-house WM6000 controller chip. The LPCAMM2 integrates the latest LPDDR5/5x chips, bridging the gap between mobile DRAM and PC applications, catering to AI terminals, commercial equipment, and ultra-thin notebooks. Lastly, the CXL 2.0 AIC memory expansion module offers expanded memory capacity of up to 512 GB, supporting direct-plug memory pooling for multiple compute node server clusters and storage pool cable direct connections.
