Despite having the same core counts and process node as their predecessors, the Ryzen 9000 processors may deliver a remarkable 40-50% performance uplift in certain workloads.

In terms of benchmark scores, the Ryzen 9 9950X reportedly achieves around 3000 points in the Cinebench 2024 benchmark for multi-core performance. This represents a 37% improvement over the Ryzen 9 7950X and a 35% improvement over the Ryzen 9 7900X.
