Corsair, a leading company in the DIY PC market, has launched the iCUE LINK RX Series of PC cooling fans, expanding its innovative iCUE LINK ecosystem. The RX Series fans are engineered with advanced features such as CORSAIR Magnetic Dome bearings, AirGuide technology, and in-house fan blade development to deliver exceptional cooling efficiency for both radiator and PC case applications. This launch demonstrates CORSAIR’s commitment to innovation and excellence in the dynamic DIY PC market.
The RX Series fans set a new standard in build quality and airflow performance. They have been meticulously designed and optimized through extensive research and development. The fan blades and frames are constructed with glass fiber reinforcement, ensuring durability. The non-RGB models also incorporate materials like Liquid Crystal Polymer.
One of the standout features of the RX Series is its digital control through the iCUE LINK ecosystem. Users can precisely set their preferred fan speeds, with options of up to 2,100 RPM (120mm) or 1,700 RPM (140mm). The CORSAIR iCUE software allows for easy setup of preset fan curves and advanced fine-tuning to optimize thermal demands.
Aaron Neal, Director of DIY Product Marketing at CORSAIR, expressed their mission to create a fan that excels in both radiator and case applications while incorporating the best possible build experience through iCUE LINK technology. The RX Series is a result of their dedication to meeting these criteria and more.
The RX Series fans feature CORSAIR’s proprietary Magnetic Dome bearing, which minimizes friction and noise while enhancing longevity. They are also the first fans to include CORSAIR Quikturn screws, allowing for easy installation with just a single twist.
The iCUE LINK ecosystem has been well-received in the DIY market since its release last year. It simplifies the PC building process by enabling the chaining of different component types using a universal standard connector. This smart technology enables intelligent, bi-directional communication with a single System Hub, reducing build times and simplifying cable management.
The CORSAIR iCUE LINK RX RGB fans are available in black or white, while the non-RGB RX fans come in a stealth black variant. Starter kits include three 120mm or two 140mm fans along with an iCUE LINK System Hub. Single fan expansion kits are also available for users to add more fans to their iCUE LINK cooling setup.
The CORSAIR iCUE LINK RX Series and RX RGB Series Fans are available now from the CORSAIR webstore and authorized retailers and distributors worldwide. They are backed by a five-year warranty and supported by CORSAIR’s customer service and technical support network.
