Sycom introduces the Sycom RTX 4080 SUPER, a visually striking and innovative GPU with strengthend cooling alternatives and compatibility with the Intel Z790 platform.

  • Customization variants for a visually striking GPU
  • Innovative cooling alternatives with a combination of OEM coolers and proprietary liquid cooling system
  • Significant temperature reduction compared to standard VGA cooler

Sycom, a Japanese system integrator, is expanding its G-Master Hydro GPU series with the introduction of the Sycom RTX 4080 SUPER. Known for their customization and innovative cooling alternatives, Sycom has combined OEM Coolers with their proprietary Liquid Cooling system to create a visually striking GPU.

The G-Master Hydro series features a unique color combination of green and brown, thanks to the use of Manli coolers known for their “military” aesthetics. These coolers come equipped with two spirit levels for precise card installation and a VGA support bracket.

Underneath the cooler, you’ll find an Asetek Hybrid GFX cooler connected to an external 240mm radiator fitted with dual Noctua NF-A12x25 ULM fans. Sycom claims that this combination reduces temperatures by 10 to 15 degrees Celsius compared to the standard VGA cooler.

The Sycom RTX 4080 SUPER is compatible with the Intel Z790 platform (14700k CPU) and is priced at 462K yen. However, there is an additional investment of 28K yen required for the SUPER version. This pricing may come as a surprise to some, as the RTX 4080 SUPER was expected to be more affordable.

It’s clear that Sycom is pushing the boundaries of GPU customization and cooling alternatives with their G-Master Hydro series. With its unique design and strengthend temperature reduction, this GPU is sure to catch the attention of PC enthusiasts.

Liquid Cooling: Liquid cooling is a technology used to cool down computer components, such as processors, graphics cards, and other components that generate a lot of heat. It works by circulating a liquid coolant, such as water or a special coolant, through a series of pipes and radiators. The liquid absorbs the heat from the components and then dissipates it into the air. This technology is becoming increasingly popular in the computer industry due to its ability to provide more efficient cooling than traditional air cooling methods. Liquid cooling can also be used to overclock components, allowing them to run at higher speeds than their rated speeds. This technology is becoming increasingly popular in the gaming industry, as it allows gamers to get the most out of their hardware.
