HP Inc. made a splash at CES 2024 by unveiling its latest lineup of PCs, monitors, and peripherals that aim to revolutionize our relationship with technology. The company’s Senior Vice President & Division President of Personal Systems Consumer Solutions, Samuel Chang, emphasized the importance of personalization in driving innovation. HP’s new products leverage technologies like AI to provide users with more personalized and responsive experiences.

One of the highlights of HP’s new portfolio is the Spectre x360 series of Laptops. These 2-in-1 devices redefine what a PC can be by adapting to the user’s needs. Equipped with a 9 MP camera featuring hardware-enabled low-light adjustment, these laptops ensure clear video calls day or night. The dedicated AI chip enhances security by offering features like walk away lock, wake on approach, and privacy alerts. The adaptive screen adjustments automatically dim the screen when the user looks away to save power, while the variable Refresh Rate optimizes performance and power efficiency. Additionally, the laptops feature automatic performance optimization that adjusts fan noise and temperatures based on usage, laptop placement, and battery status.

The Spectre x360 laptops also boast powerful AI technology. With three engines (CPU, GPU, and NPU) across Intel Core Ultra processors and optional nVidia Geforce RTX 4050 Laptop GPUs, these laptops can handle a range of local AI workloads, such as photo and video editing, for faster and more efficient content creation and collaboration.

Collaboration is a key focus for HP, and the latest Spectre laptops are the first consumer devices to feature audio tuning by Poly. Leveraging Poly’s expertise in audio tuning, these laptops deliver exceptional voice clarity and sound quality. Windows Studio effects further enhance calls and video by offloading AI features like automatic framing and background blur to the NPU.

HP also launched a range of peripherals designed to adapt to users’ digital experiences. The Poly Voyager Free 20 wireless earbuds, for instance, offer powerful sound and style, with hybrid adaptive active noise canceling to block out ambient noise. The HP 960 Ergonomic Wireless Keyboard stands out as the world’s most versatile ergonomic split wireless keyboard, adapting to users’ typing styles and offering extensive customization options. Other peripherals include the HP 690 Rechargeable Wireless Mouse, the HP 430 Programmable Wireless Keypad, the HP USB-C Travel Hub G3, and the HP 400 Backlit Wired Keyboard.

To complement its PC products, HP introduced the Series 5 Monitors, which feature a 1500:1 contrast ratio and enhanced 100 Hz refresh rates. These displays come in 24-, 27-, and 32-inch models and offer a thin and light design with ultra-thin bezels and integrated cable management for a seamless multi-monitor setup.

The HP Spectre x360 14 inch 2-in-1 Laptop PC is available now starting at $1,499.99, while the HP Spectre x360 16 inch 2-in-1 Laptop PC starts at $1,599.99.
