This advanced technology has already started sampling to major DDR5 memory module manufacturers in the fourth quarter of 2023. The Rambus Gen 4 RCD sets a new performance benchmark by boosting the data rate to 7200 MT/s, enabling a 50% increase in memory bandwidth compared to the current 4800 MT/s DDR5 module solutions.
