Kii SEVEN introduces Wireless Music System at UK Hi-Fi Show Live

Kii Audio, known for its high-quality audio products, has launched its latest offering, the Kii SEVEN Wireless Music System. This new system combines top-notch audio performance with smart technology, providing users with a versatile and user-friendly experience.

The Kii SEVEN has been designed to deliver exceptional sound quality, with a focus on reducing the impact of room acoustics. By utilizing a cardioid speaker design and incorporating Active Wave Focusing technology, the Kii SEVEN promises detailed separation and excellent musicality, capturing the essence of your favorite music.

The compact cabinets of the Kii SEVEN house a pair of 6.5-inch woofers, a 5-inch midrange, and a 1-inch Custom Wave-guided Tweeter, all powered by 600 Watts of onboard amplification. Unlike traditional crossover filters, Kii Audio’s Active Wave Focusing filters ensure perfect time alignment over the entire frequency spectrum, resulting in a frequency response of -3dB: 40Hz, 100Hz-10kHz: +/- 0.5dB, 10kHz – 20kHz: +/- 1dB.

The Kii SEVEN also features a Cardioid Sound Dispersion pattern that provides even and highly detailed bass while reducing acoustic interaction with the room. It offers various connectivity options, including XLR and TRS, AES/EBU connections, as well as support for KiiLink/KiiCONTROL, WiFi, Bluetooth, and DANTE.

With the Kii HOME App, users can easily customize acoustic settings for up to twelve separate zones in their home, whether they have one Kii SEVEN or multiple units. The speakers are compatible with Roon Ready and AirPlay 2 and support hi-res audio up to 24-bit / 192kHz.

The Kii SEVEN will be available in early 2024 in Fine Touch White and Fine Touch Dark Grey finishes. The solo speaker is priced at £3,495/ €3,795, while the stereo pair is priced at £6,990/ €7,590.
