Corsair introduces Cutting-Edge: 6 Modular Computer Desk, the Ultimate Flagship Platform

Corsair, a leader in high-performance gear and systems for gamers, content creators, and PC enthusiasts, has launched its latest innovation: the Platform:6 Modular Computer Desk. This desk, developed in collaboration with Elgato, a trusted name in streaming and content creation, sets a new standard in the industry.

The Platform:6 is a testament to CORSAIR’s unwavering commitment to excellence. It combines premium materials, exceptional craftsmanship, extensive customization options, and quality-of-life features. More than just a workspace, the Platform:6 serves as a canvas for expressing individuality.

To cater to diverse needs, CORSAIR offers three pre-configured models of the Platform:6 through its webstore and global network of retailers. Additionally, an online configurator allows users to create their perfect setup. The desk is available in fixed or adjustable height options, with the latter powered by dual electric motors and an LED controller featuring two memory presets. Users can choose between a sturdy black laminate surface or the elegant dark walnut-stained rubberwood look. Optional desk extensions are available to increase the already impressive surface area by 33%, accompanied by side pegboards for enhanced organization.

Recognizing the challenges of maintaining an organized and visually appealing desktop, CORSAIR designed the Platform:6 to address this issue head-on. With its six-foot wide surface, users can comfortably accommodate their PC and peripherals. The desk features a built-in CORSAIR RapidRoute wire management tray, cable routing accessories, and an in-desk storage cubby, ensuring a clutter-free and camera-ready setup. Movable power strips with USB Type-A and Type-C charging ports are also included to cater to devices of all sizes.

The Platform:6 boasts a modular rail system at the back of the desk, perfect for mounting meeting or streaming gear such as cameras, lights, and microphones. It utilizes a universal standard aluminum T-Channel crossbar, allowing compatibility with a wide range of aftermarket attachments and accessories. To cater to the prevalence of multi-monitor setups, every Platform:6 comes with dual monitor arms for mounting up to two 32″ monitors or a single ultrawide 34″.

For streamers, the optional Elgato Multi Frame is a dream come true. It attaches to the base rail system, doubling the rail space and providing additional mounting options. Integrated adapters for Elgato Master Mount and Flex ARM make it effortless to position streaming gear anywhere on or above the Platform:6. Pegboards and side shelves offer ample space for hanging and displaying accessories or swag. The Elgato Multi Frame is included in the pre-configured Platform:6 Creator Edition or can be selected as an add-on through the configurator.
