AMD Zen4 Mini-PC with RGB Strip: Peladn, a Chinese PC hardware manufacturer, has launched its latest Mini-PC featuring an AMD processor. The PELAND HA-4 mini-PC runs on the AMD Ryzen 7 7840HS processor, offering similar performance to other established brands in the market. However, PELAND sets itself apart with its unique design element – an abundance of RGB lighting. The HA-4 Mini-PC boasts a square RGB strip that surrounds its compact 0.9-liter chassis, providing a visually striking feature. This RGB strip can be responsive to sound or display various pre-defined animations, adding a touch of customization to the system.

In terms of specifications, the HA-4 Mini-PC incorporates an 8-core Zen4 CPU with a maximum boost clock of 5.1 GHz. While the company has not confirmed the TDP for this system, it is estimated to be between 35 to 54W. Additionally, it integrates Radeon 780M graphics with a 12CU RDNA3 configuration. PELAND claims that their solution delivers a significant performance increase of 224% compared to the RX Vega 8 graphics found in the Ryzen 7 5800H APU from two years ago.

PELAND offers several models of the Mini-PC, including a barebone version without memory or storage. For those looking for a ready-to-use option, there is a version equipped with 16GB of memory and a 512GB storage. During the pre-sale period on the Chinese JD platform, this configuration is priced at 2899 RMB ($396). The barebone system is available at 2399 RMB ($378). It’s worth noting that PELAND currently operates exclusively in China and does not cater to other regions.

Overall, the PELAND HA-4 Mini-PC presents an intriguing option for those seeking a compact and visually appealing system powered by AMD’s Zen4 architecture. With its emphasis on RGB lighting and competitive performance, it aims to carve a niche for itself in the market.
